Lead True was founded as Tiara International LLC in 2009 in the USA and Netherands.

For us, leadership is having the awareness to make powerful choices based on what’s most important to you in your life and in your career. Anyone can lead in any situation they encounter regardless of role.

Lead True Coaches and Consultants are located across the globe. All bring a unique set of experiences and expertise along with a common commitment to True Leadership and Leading From Inspiration.

I have been one of them since 2019, after a 9-month training to become a certified Lead True Model (SM) coach. I am so enthusiastic about the Lead True Model that I have translated all the material into German and am the first coach in Germany to use this model.  There are now also other coaches here who work with the model. 

We work with a carefully developed inquiry process that gently takes you by the hand and helps you to gain clarity through its structure. This way you can create your own individual leadership compass. I have already carried out several programs in companies with the "Personal GPS".
