In the summer of 2016, I was on a road trip along the Pacific Coast Highway in the USA, which ended in British Columbia, Canada. While there, I was inspired by the tribe of the First Nations. They see the raven as a symbol of transformation and change, which is also at the heart of my business. The design of my logo is therefore visually influenced by this inspiration.
Many other cultures link the raven with positive characteristics, such as curiosity, knowledge, intelligence, guidance, a high ability to learn and adapt, pronounced social behavior and new creation. However, the raven also has less positive meanings. With the introduction of Christianity in Europe, the raven became a symbol of superstition and dark powers.
Duality and contradiction are defining elements of life. The more we understand this and are able to adopt and accept different perspectives, the more our lives are in balance. Nobody says it's easy, but the more we support each other, the more we contribute to making this world a better place.
If you look closely at the logo, there is even more to it. Just look at the raven symbol. What do you see?
Do you recognize how two “beings” shake hands? I once was told: “Yes, but they are aliens!” (because of the eyes) and I said: “That's a perfect way to explain it!” After all, when strangers meet, doesn't it sometimes feel like we're meeting “aliens”? Let's reach out to each other!
By Tina to me represents the influence from our childhood. Especially through the lens of psychology, it has a very significant influence on us. In my adult life, Tina basically only exists for my family and childhood friends. Christina is my regular name. For my work as a coach and also in everyday assistance, I would like to use it to bring an understanding of this holistic approach, which is very unique for each and everyone of us.
Business Transformations refers to my work as a consultant and trainer for diversity management. In Germany, I am among the pioneers in this field and I am still available for all companies that have a serious interest in changing their systems and culture.
